The Phonak UK have announced the introduction of a Customer Response Team for ITE hearing instruments at Phonak UK. The team, managed by Phonak's Customer Service Manager, Leighton Raine consists of Michelle Hayes, Peter Nicholson and Richard Ward. Phonak UK operate a Fully Integrated Digital Work Order Management (FIDWOM) using SAP software for the production process. The Customer Response Team can track and check a customer's order at any stage in the production process - resulting in a rapid, accurate response. Commenting on the new team, Customer Services Manager Leighton Raine said, "The Phonak Customer Care Team is dedicated to bringing you the very highest standards in customer service. With a dedicated Customer Response Team situated within the production assembly line, we can provide up to the minute information about any aspect of customer orders."
